Free Trial / Bring A Friend

Join us at 8:00am or 10:00am to try CrossFit for free. Daycare is provided at both class times. This is a great opportunity to see the style of our classes and some of the movements we perform during our workouts. Each class is coached by a certified CrossFit coach and we pair you up with either the friend you brought or one of our awesome members. If you are on the fence about starting CrossFit this is a great way to test the waters and see if it is the right fit for you.
