What is Foundations?

Foundations is designed for all levels of fitness. If you are just getting back into the gym or are just looking for something new you've come to the right place. All our new members are required to complete this 2 week foundations course prior to joining our regular group classes. Why do you need to go through a Foundations Course? Foundations is skill development, to ensure your safety and success, and designed to prepare you to enter our ongoing group classes.
