On-Ramp

On-Ramp is designed for all levels of fitness.  If you are just getting back into the gym or are just looking for something new you've come to the right place. We are now offering this course to kids ages 10+.  This can be done 1:1 or in a small group setting. We start the On-Ramp course every month. Let's chat, and see what option works best for you and your schedule.

Group Class

  • 2 Week Course

  • Small Class Sizes

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

  • Class Times are 5:30am or *6:00pm

  • *Daycare Available (additional fee)

  • Includes one 1:1 movement screening with Sarah Ruthenburg, DPT at Evolve Movement Specialists

    • Screening CrossFit specific movements​

    • Review physical abilities

    • Gives guidance on adding CrossFit as a new fitness routine.

    • Provides valuable info to help coaches better serve each athlete.

Personal Training

  • 6 - 1 Hour Sessions

  • Flexible Schedule  

  • Unlimited Classes for the remainder of the month.
