WOD: 9 min AMRAP: 5 Wall Ball @20/14 5 Burpee Box Jump @24/20 (Rd 1) 10 Wall Ball 10 Burpee Box Jump (Rd 2) 15 Wall Ball 15 Burpee Box Jump and so on until time expires…(Rd 3)

Accessory Work: EMOM x8 2x Hang snatch + 2x OHS @ 60-70% of snatch
