Skill/Strength:

5x - 100m 1-Arm KB Farmer’s Walk @ moderate to challenging weight (50m Down RIGHT / 50m Back LEFT = 100m)

**SUPERSET**

5 x 50M Forward Sled Drag + 50M Backward Sled Drag @ a moderate weight (165/110)

**Use the magic carpet sleds (inside) / e-sleds (outside) and straps for these. Athletes will Forward Drag the sled 50m down, turn it around, then Backwards Drag the sled 50m. See linked video for technique guidelines and further description. (50m = 164 feet)
