Skill: Burgener Warm up for Snatch + Complex Review Strength: EMOM x9 - Squat Snatch Complex 1x Squat Snatch + 2x Low Hang Squat Snatch **Starting at a light weight (20-30%), athletes will build to a moderately challenging weight for this complex with no misses, NOT a max. The first snatch will be from the floor followed by 2x Low Hang Squat Snatches from the top of the knee. Recent Foundations / On-Ramp grads should stay light and focus on maintaining good technique and position.
