Burgener Warm up for Snatch + OHS review

Strength:

EMOM x9 - Squat Snatch + OHS Complex

1x Squat Snatch + 2x Pause Overheads Squats **3 sec Pause**

**Beginning at a light weight (20-30%), athletes will perform 1x Squat Snatch followed by 2x Pause OHS working up to a moderately challenging weight NOT a max. The pause will occur in the bottom of the squat for the purposes of training stability, strength, and balance. SCALED athletes may work from the hang position at light to moderate weight.
