KB Snatch Progression

4x5 - Hang KB Snatch

Strength:

7 Rounds R/L - 5x 1-Arm KB Strict Press + 50 FT - 1-Arm OH KB Carry @ moderate weight

**Athletes will perform 5x 1-Arm KB Strict Presses directly into a 50 FT 1-Arm OH KB Carry which will be 50 FT down the length or rig. They will then switch arms, complete their KB Presses, and come back 50 FT with the opposite arm. One (1) set will equal the athlete’s presses and carries being complete on both the right and left side.
