What to do to prepare for Friday's WOD...

  • Rest

  • Hydrate

  • Proper Nutrition - plan healthy meals for the day

  • Mobilize and Rolling - Yoga 5:30pm Thursday

  • Develop a game plan for the workout (coaches will help with this)
