Skill:

Jumping pull up Review then:

3 attempts: AMRAP of pull ups

**without coming off the bar

OR

3 attempts: AMRAP of Jumping pull ups

**without coming off the bar

Strength:

Complex and movement review w/ PVC/BAR then:

1-1-1-1-1 (5) - 1x Front Squat + 1x Thruster

**All reps will be from the ground so athlete’s will be required to clean the bar up into the front rack. Hands should stay on the bar for the duration of the lift.

WOD:

200m Sprint

5 Thrusters

10 Toes to Bar / Knee Raises / Toes to Ceiling
