**Athletes will work from a light to a moderately challenging weight. These will be touch and go style power snatches for 3 consecutive reps.

WOD:

On a 9 min Clock:

50 Wall Balls then AMRAP in remaining time of:

5 Power Snatch @50-60%

10 Box Jumps
