Pistol Progression, 5-10 of each working up to full pistols

Strength:

Pause Back Squat - 5x3@60-65%ww

**Athletes will pause briefly (2-3 sec) at the bottom of each squat while maintaining position then explosively drive themselves out of the bottom of each squat. The percentage will be based off their current working weight and should feel fairly light.
