**Push Press

**The 3 rep max is for recent on ramp grads, athletes who aren’t necessarily ready for 1RM load, or those who have difficulty bailing properly on a back squat.

**The Strict Press for this CF Total was amended to a Push Press as we will be continuing our Push Press strength program in prep for the CF Open. Athletes who want to test their strict press max may do so, but they will need to complete a push press max thereafter.
