Burgener Warm up for Snatch + Complex Review

Strength:

EMOM for 9 min:

1x Power Snatch + 2 Hang Power Snatch

**Beginning @40-50%, athletes will work up to a heavy/challenging Snatch complex by adding a little weight each round (5-10#). If an athlete misses a set, they should de-load 10-20# and complete the complex. Recent on ramp grads or athletes still developing these movements should stay light and focus on technique.
