3x5 - Thruster@ light-moderate weight

Strength:

Front Squat - 6x3 @65-75% (1 or 2 RM)

**Athletes can base this off their 1 or 2 RM Front Squat. The load should feel light to moderate so athletes can remain quick and explosive out of the bottom of the squat, rest 1-2 min between sets.

**Last 2-rep Front Squat Max was 08-29-16**
