Strength: Front Squat 1-1-1-1-1 **Athletes will have 5 attempts to work up to a max front squat. After several warm ups sets gradually working up in weight, athletes should start their heavy singles in the 80-90% or 3RM range.
SCALED: 3-3-3-3-3 **Scaled athletes will work up to a challenging 3-rep Front Squat focusing on good technique and position.
WOD: On a 9 min Clock: 25 Burpees to 6” Target AMRAP in remaining time: 7 Toes to Bar 5 Front Squats @40-50% / 2-3 UB Rds
