6x - 2x Snatch Grip Push Press + 3x Overhead Squats @ moderate to challenging weight

WOD:

15 min AMRAP:

50 Wall Balls

40 Cal Row

30 Overhead Squats @55-65%

NOTES: Score Completed Rounds + Reps. If athletes make it through the OHS, they will return to the Wall Ball, Cal Row, and so on until time expires.

Accessory Work:
