NOTES: Score Completed Reps. The partner deadlift will be performed with both partners sharing the bar on the same side and must be lifted to where both athletes have full hip extension w/ shoulders behind the bar and knees/legs extended. The team must complete 25 partner deadlifts before moving onto the wall balls. Teams may not drop the deadlift from the top of the lift as this will be a “no rep.” The partner wall balls will be alternating with one partner performing a wall ball (hip crease below the knee & hitting the appropriate height target) and the opposite partner catching the wall ball and repeating. Once teams complete 50 Alt. Wall Balls, they will return to the partner deadlift and perform AMRAP in any remaining time.
