The Floater will take place in assigned heats directly after WOD1.
2 min AMRAP:
Alt. Synchronized Handstand Push-ups + Handstand Hold
NOTES: Score Total HSPU between both partners. Partners will perform a 2 min AMRAP of Max Effort Alternating Synchronized Handstand Push-ups + Handstand Hold. The HSPU will be performed in a 36 in wide x 24 in deep box. Teams will begin once each partner is in a fully locked out in handstand hold w/ their bodies off the wall. They will then alternate handstand push-ups as one partner performs a handstand and the other partner maintains the handstand hold. Handstand Push-ups will only count if the opposite partner is maintaining a handstand hold, the repetitions are alternating between partners, and athletes show control at the top of each HSPU w/ their heels on the wall. Athletes may use a head pad and plates, but the surface of the pad must be level w/ the surface of the plates.
2 min AMRAP:
Alt. Synchronized Box Handstand Push-ups + Box Handstand Hold
NOTES: Score Total Box HSPU between both partners. Partners will perform a 2 min AMRAP of Max Effort Alt. Synchronized Box Handstand Push-ups (HSPU) + Box Handstand Hold. Scaled male teams will use a 24 in box w/ 1 ab-mat, while scaled ladies will use a 20 in box w/ 1 ab-mat. Scaled athletes will place their hands in a 2 ft x 2 ft box w/ their knees just behind the edge of the box. Athletes will then alternate box HSPU as one partner performs a box HSPU and the other partner maintains the box handstand hold. Repetitions will only count if athletes keep their palms in the 2x2 box w/ their knees on the edge of the box and finish w/ the head through the arms.
