1x Squat Snatch + 2x Pause Overhead Squat *3-sec pause*

**Beginning at 30-40%, athletes will gradually work up in load from the floor to a moderately challenging weight where they can maintain good position. Athletes will perform 1x Squat Snatch followed by 2x 3-sec Pause OHS. Scaled athletes may work from the hang position.
