2x Squat Snatch (singles)

**Starting at a lightweight (20-30%), athletes will build up to a moderately challenging Squat Snatch. Scaled athletes will stay at a lightweight throughout focusing on technique. The goal is a good start position for each rep so athletes should drop and reset their start position after each Squat Snatch.
