Burgener Warm up for Clean + Complex Review

Strength:

1x Squat Clean + 2x Hang Squat Clean @ just above knee / Low Hang Position

**Beginning at 30-40%, athletes will gradually work up to a challenging weight from the floor. Athletes will perform 1x Squat Cleans followed by 2x Hang Squat Cleans from above the knee. Scaled athletes should work at a light to moderate weight throughout focusing on good positions and technique.
