Rd 1-2: 5 Hang Power Snatch @40-50%

Rd 3-4: 4 Hang Power Snatch @50-60%

Rd 5-6: 3 Hang Power Snatch @60-70%

Rd 7-8: 2 Hang Power Snatch @75-80%

**Beginning at approx 40-50%, athletes will gradually work up to a challenging HPS double at 75-80%. Scaled athletes should work at a light to moderate weight throughout focusing on good position and technique.
