Burgener Warm up for Snatch + Complex Review

Strength:

2x Snatch Pull + 1 Power Snatch @ moderately challenging weight

**Beginning at approx 30-40% or lighter, athletes will gradually building to a moderately challenging weight (70-80%) for this complex. Scaled athletes should work at a light weight throughout focusing on good position and technique.

WOD:

3 Rounds - 90 sec WORK / 30 sec REST

Rd 1 (min 0-2): Max Effort AbMat Sit ups

Rd 2 (min 2-4): Max Effort Burpees to 6” Target

Rd 3 (min 4-6): Max Effort Power Snatch @55-65% / 4-6 UB Reps (135/95)
