Skill: Burgener Warm up for Snatch Strength: Snatch - 1-1-1-1-1 **Following warm up sets, athletes will have 5 attempts to work up to a max power or squat snatch. Depending on their warm ups sets, athletes should being their first single at approx 80-85%. SCALED: Power Snatch / Hang Power Snatch - 5x3@ light to moderate weight **Scaled athletes may work up to a conservative to moderately challenging 3 rep weight where form is near PERFECT.
