Grab a friend or two and take on a FREE workout with CrossFit 8085, powered by Bob's Gym on Saturday, November 17th at 8 am and 10 am. Free daycare is available. All you need to do is show up wearing athletic clothes and tennis shoes. You will learn how to do a few basic CrossFit movements and then will be challenged to take on a WOD!
