Skill:  2x5 - Snatch Segment Deadlift Burgener Warm up for Snatch Strength: EMOM x9: 2 Power Snatch (singles) Athletes will start at a light to moderate weight (30-40%) and gradually build to a challenging/heavy weight. All of the Power Snatches should be performed as singles w/ good start positions. SCALED athletes still developing this movement will stay at light to moderate loads focusing on technique rather than building in weight. WOD: 12 min AMRAP: 24 Double Unders 12 Box Jump Overs @24/20 6 Power Snatch @50-60% / 3-4 UB Reps (115/75)
