Skill: 4x5 R/L - 1-Arm Pause KB Front Squat   Strength: Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3 (5 att) **Beginning at 70-80%, athletes will take 5 attempts to gradually work up to a heavy 3-rep Back Squat w/ QUALITY technique and no misses. If a miss occurs, athletes will deload and finish their remaining sets. WOD: “Karen” For Time: 150 Wall Balls @ 20/14 **Repeat from 10-12-17, 04-08-16, 06-23-15, & 11-03-14** Accessory Work: Core: 10 min AMRAP 7 T2b 14 Weighted Abmat Situp w/ Wall-ball @ 12/8 NOTES: Wall-ball touches behind head and in front of feet each rep.
