Skill:  4 Rounds - 90 sec WORK / 30 sec REST 15 Plate AbMat Sit-ups + Bent Leg Hollow Body Hold in remaining time… 5x8 (8R/L) - 1-Arm Russian KBS **Athletes will perform 8 Single Arm Russian KBS Right then Left. Each swing will come up to approx eye level with the athletes squaring up their shoulders at the top or each rep. Athletes new to the KBS or those having a lot of difficulty with this may scale to the 2-arm Russian KBS. WOD: 15 min for Quality: 15/12 Cal Bike / Row @ moderate pace 8 1-Arm KBS (8R & L) @53/35 100m 1-Arm OH KB Carry (50m R/L) @53/35 POST WOD - COOL DOWN - 5 min
