Skill:

3 Rounds - 50m Double KB/DB Farmer’s Carry  + 50m Double KB/DB Front Rack Carry @light to moderate weight

**If athletes don’t have 2 of the same sized DB/KB, this can be performed with different weights as long as both sides of the body are worked equally. This workout can also be performed with 1-KB/DB if needed, athletes can switch the carrying side after each round or switch at the 25m mark.

WOD:

15 min AMRAP:

7 Push-ups

50m Double KB/DB Farmer’s Carry (50-53/30-35)

15 Air Squats

50m Double KB/DB Front Rack Carry

Optional: “If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.”

NOTES: Score Completed Rounds + Reps and record KB weight.
