**REST 90 sec after each Round**


NOTES: Score Completed Rounds + Reps and record KB weight. As with “The Chief,” athletes will keep a running total of the completed rounds and pick up where the leave off the previous round (e.g. Rd 1 = 3 Rds + 1 Goblet Squat completed, begin next round w/ 2nd Goblet Squat of current round).
