WOD:

“Soul Sucker”

Every 90 seconds, continue as long as possible:

Rd 1: 10/8 Cal Assault Bike / Rest remainder of 90s

Rd 2: 12/10 Cal Assault Bike / Rest remainder of 90s

Rd 3: 14/12 Cal Assault Bike / Rest remainder of 90s

Rd 4: 16/14 Cal Assault Bike / Rest remainder of 90s

Rd 5: 18/16 Cal Assault Bike / Rest remainder of 90s

Rd 6: 20/18 Cal Assault Bike / Rest remainder of 90s

**Continue as long as possible or until the athlete is unable to complete the required amount of calories in the 90 second time frame**
