Hello Hello! I am Coach Austen Pace and I am here to take you on your nutrition journey. While a "journey" might sound a little hoaky or cheesy, it is rather accurate. I've heard many similar quotes like "I just feel like sh*t alllll the time" or "I've put on more weight than I care to admit" and even "I want to beat my friend in the workouts on a consistent basis". CFHB has and will continue to accept all walks of life and with that comes different goals. Whether you're looking to lose some weight or find a new level of performance, we want to help you get there! This program is built around your life, not the other way around. We want to help you build a healthy relationship with food, and allow you to make mistakes with a support system to back you.
