Handstand Push-up Progression, perform this as a class, athletes will perform 5-10 of each progression working to find the most difficult option they can complete with good technique.
Working Weight / Training Max @90-95% of 1RM. Recent Foundations grads should be working off a conservative 3 rep weight where form is near PERFECT.
12 min AMRAP:
400m Run or 1/.8 Km Bike
10 Shoulder to Overhead @30-40% / 2-3 UB Rds (95/65)
5 Handstand Push-ups / HSPU variation
**Athletes performing at CFHB should Bike at least 1 Round**
NOTES: Score Completed Rounds + Reps and record bar weight. The barbell weight should be light and not a limiting factor in early rounds. Athletes should base the S2OH percentage on the how they plan on completing the workout (e.g. Push Press v Push Jerk).
