Rd 7-9: 1 Squat Snatch
**Beginning at 20-30%, athletes will gradually build in load toward a heavy Squat Snatch. These may be performed in singles and don’t have to be UB. Recent foundations grads may work from the hang and should work at light to moderate loads throughout focusing on good position and technique.
