Burgener Warm-up for Power Clean + Split Jerk Review
On a 10 min running clock:
Build to a challenging complex of
1x Power Clean + 1x Split Jerk (no misses)
1x Power Clean + 1x Split Jerk @ 80-85% of final complex weight
NOTES: Athletes will have 10 minutes to build to a heavy (or max) complex of 1x power clean and 1x split jerk. Explain to athletes they will not be able to attempt a second lift if they fail. Following 10 min, athletes will take 80-85% of their final weight and perform the complex each minute for 5 rounds. Coaches please set a 15 min clock directly after complex review to get athletes started.
