2x Muscle Cleans + 1 Power Clean (all singles)
Beginning at a light weight (20-30%), athletes will build up to a moderately challenging complex weight, NOT a max. This will be performed as singles with athletes resetting off the floor for each rep. Athletes still developing this movement should stay at lighter bar loads focusing on technique and maintaining good posting.
