Setting up a new business certainly has a lot of twists and turns built in; however, we are trying to keep on a timeline. As with any plan, it is subject (and likely) to change. We will try to be as transparent as possible through this process and thank you all for being patient with us!
Now - all the boring admin stuff (bank accounts, set up accounting software, membership management software, finalize insurance policy, HR stuff …)
On-going - Social media updates, signage design, website migration, SEO, shirt designs
July 7 - Set up ZenPlanner (membership management software) with vendor
July 9 - Create member profiles in ZenPlanner using current membership list
July 13 - Finalize new waivers and member agreements
July 18 - Begin enrollment period for all members
July 31 - Finalize the design of our first kick ass shirt
August 2 - Last membership payment to Bob's Gym
August 3 - Official start of business independent of Bob's
All employees and business expenses moved from Bob's to CFHB
Begin new Open Gym hours
August 15 and 16 - Open house party!!
September 1 - First payment to CFHB
