1x Low Hang Squat Clean @ above knee + 2x High Hang Squat Clean @ power position

**Beginning at 20-30%, athletes will gradually build in load toward a heavy complex. Recent foundations grads should work at light to moderate loads throughout focusing on good position and technique.

WOD:

6 Hang Squat Cleans @40-50% / 2-3 UB Rds (135/95)

3 Wall Walks / Partial Wall Walk (45 or greater) / Floor Wall Walk / Box Walk
