2 Cups of Beer / Choice Beverage
200m Run
30 Pull-ups / Pull-up variation
20 Hang Power Cleans @95/65
30 Push Press
20 Burpees over Bar
Equipment: Barbell, Bumper Plates, Pull-up Bar
NOTES: Score Time. All movements and drinking can be split any way between two partners except for the 200m Run which both partners have to complete each round. Only one person per time can be working at a time. Each person will be provided four (4) cans of beer and four (4) cups (8 cans of beer and 8 cups per team). The beer will be poured and divided equally in the cups before the start of the workout.
