Youth Training Class with Coach Kyle

Designed for ages 9-12, this program helps kids build strength, improve coordination, and develop confidence in a fun and supportive environment. Each session focuses on proper movement, functional fitness, and teamwork—all while having a blast!

In this class, we'll be covering everything from proper weightlifting technique to speed and agility training. I firmly believe that building a strong foundation in the weight room is crucial for young athletes, so we'll be dedicating significant time to teaching safe, effective lifting form.
But that's not all - we'll also be placing a major emphasis on cardiovascular fitness and anerobic capacity. After all, being able to sustain high-intensity exercise is key to sports performance and overall wellbeing.
