Youth Training Camp – Next Session Starts November 2nd!
We’re excited to welcome youth athletes ages 9–11 back for another 4-week camp with Coach Kyle.
Dates: Sundays, November 2, 9, 16, 23
Time: 1:30pm – 2:30pm
In this camp, athletes will:
-Learn proper movement and foundational strength skills
-Build confidence, coordination, and athletic ability
-Train in a fun, supportive group environment
This is the perfect opportunity for young athletes to stay active, improve their fitness, and gain skills that carry over to both sports and everyday life.

In this class, we'll be covering everything from proper weightlifting technique to speed and agility training. I firmly believe that building a strong foundation in the weight room is crucial for young athletes, so we'll be dedicating significant time to teaching safe, effective lifting form.
But that's not all - we'll also be placing a major emphasis on cardiovascular fitness and anerobic capacity. After all, being able to sustain high-intensity exercise is key to sports performance and overall wellbeing.
