How did you get into Crossfit?

A friend I went to high school with invited me to a CrossFit gym when I was living in Illinois, and I never quit going!

How long have you been doing CrossFit and been a CrossFit coach?

I started CrossFit in 2021 and began coaching at CrossFit High Bar in 2024.

What do you do for work outside the gym?

I currently teach at Vogel Elementary School in an executional learners classroom.

Family Life

I was blessed with not two but three parents who have given me more than I could’ve imagined, including 5 best friends. I have four sisters and a little brother, plus the star of the show, my nephew Kohan!

If you could only do one CrossFit movement for the rest of your life, what would it be?
