Hi, my name is Briley Neikirk, and I am so excited to continue our Grind Culture Club! Our youth have so much potential that many of them have yet to discover, and I desire to help students achieve their full potential both physically and mentally. As a personal trainer and CrossFit coach, I thrive on motivating individuals to lead active, healthy lives. The intention of GCC is to give young people the opportunity to become stronger and fitter in a fun, stress-free environment with their peers. They’ll learn proper lifting techniques, perform plyometric and agility drills, and improve their cardiovascular endurance. Hard work and grit is required, but we’ll have a good time doing it!
