What a month! July was packed with workouts, celebrations, community events, and some incredible accomplishments.

Let's hear it for our July MVPs!
40 members made the MVP list this month, and even more impressive, half of them are now on a 6-month MVP streak! That's what consistency looks like.
Congratulations to our top check-ins:
Keep up the awesome work, and don't forget to keep checking in every time you come to class!

Our Free Trial Week was our biggest yet! We welcomed a record number of new faces into the gym, and we couldn't be more excited. Even better, we saw several former members back in class and getting back into their routines.
To all of our members who invited friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers—THANK YOU! You continue to help grow the High Bar community.

Toward the end of July, Turner Baehl competed at the Adaptive CrossFit Games in the Vision Impairment Division with Coach Avery McCulley by his side as his handler throughout the weekend.
Turner, we are incredibly proud of you and everything you accomplished during your first trip to the Games. Finishing 8th overall is an amazing achievement, and we know you're already working toward an even bigger 2027.
A huge thank you to everyone who supported Turner and Avery through donations, purchasing fundraiser shirts, or simply sending words of encouragement. This community showed up in a big way.

The PR Chicken has been getting quite the workout lately! Our athletes have been stacking up personal records, and we love hearing that squeak echo through the gym. If you've hit a new PR and haven't grabbed your PR sticker yet, let us know. Every milestone deserves to be celebrated!

Our annual Pool Party, hosted by the Christians, was another great success. It's always nice to step outside the gym, relax by the pool, enjoy some great food, and spend time together. Thanks again to the Christians for opening up their home and hosting another awesome event!

We wrapped up our final Youth Training Camps of the summer, and what a great group of athletes! These kids learned proper lifting techniques, built strength, improved endurance, and probably sweated through some of the hottest days of the summer.
Great work to all of our young athletes! We can't wait to see you back for the next round.

You may have noticed Coach Briley around the gym with a camera in hand lately... and that's because she's taken on a new role as our Social Media Coordinator! She'll be keeping our Facebook, Instagram, and High Bar Blog fresh with photos, videos, member spotlights, and everything happening around the gym.
Briley is also accepting new personal training clients! Whether you're looking to hit your next PR, build strength, lose weight, or simply get started on your fitness journey, she'd love to help. BOOK A CONSULT!
Thank you for continuing to make CrossFit High Bar such an incredible community. We appreciate every workout, every check-in, every PR, and every smiling face that walks through our doors.
See you in the gym!
