May was packed with fun, fitness, and community. We kicked off the month with our 4th Annual Mother's Day Competition. Thank you to all the ladies who came out and participated. This is one of our favorite events because it gives the women of CrossFit High Bar an opportunity to showcase all the hard work they've put in throughout the year.

We wrapped up May with our annual Murph workout, honoring those who have sacrificed for our freedoms.
It was great to see so many familiar faces, along with several newcomers taking on Murph for the first time. Thank you to everyone who joined us for such a meaningful day.
Last week we launched our first sessions of Youth Training with Coaches Kyle and Briley.
Summer is the perfect time to keep kids active, build confidence, develop strength, and make fitness fun. Whether they're preparing for sports or simply looking to stay active while school's out, these sessions are a great fit.
