March 2026 Newsletter

To say we’ve been busy would be an understatement! March was packed with exciting events and great accomplishments from our members.

March MVPs

Another huge month for consistency at High Bar. 41 members made the MVP list in March, checking in more than 12 times during the month. Even more impressive, about half of those athletes are now on a 3-month MVP streak for 2026. Keep it up, this kind of dedication is what builds long-term results.

CrossFit Open Results

We wrapped up the CrossFit Open at the beginning of the month, and our athletes did an incredible job. Nine athletes advanced to the Quarterfinals, and now four are moving on to the Semifinals in May. Shoutout to Kyle, Cassie, Julia, Ryan, Chuck, Katie, Turner, Lacy, and Connor for their awesome performances throughout the Open. It’s always exciting to see our athletes challenge themselves and represent High Bar.

Wellness Challenge Results

We also wrapped up our Wellness Challenge with Katie Galloway. Huge thank you to the 40 people who participated in the challenge. The results were incredible. For those who submitted before-and-after scans, participants lost a combined 160+ pounds of body fat. Congratulations to our winners: Kristy (1st place), Ki (2nd place), and John (3rd place). Amazing work by everyone who committed to the process and built healthier habits.

Up Next: Guns & Hoses

Let's put our hands together for Eric Baumberger as he enters the ring for year 10. We’re excited to cheer him on. Look for the CFHB tent behind the Civic Center for a little tailgate before the event—we plan to be there around 5:00pm. Good luck, Eric!

All Ladies Competition

Our All Ladies Competition is coming up May 9th. The workouts have been posted and we’re ready to get your team registered. Grab a partner and join us for a great day of competition and community. REGISTER HERE

Memorial Day Murph

Our Memorial Day Murph is scheduled for May 25th with class times at 6am, 7am, 8am, and 9am. If you didn’t pre-order a shirt, there is still time to grab one. The “Will Squat for Tacos” and “Master Athlete” designs are also available. PRE-ORDER SHIRTS

Summer Youth Training

Looking ahead to summer, it’s time to get the kids moving. We will have Youth Summer Sessions with Coach Kyle for ages 9–11 and Coach Briley for ages 12–18. Be sure to check the links for session dates. These sessions fill up fast, so don’t miss out.

Save the Date

Finally, mark your calendars for one of our favorite community events—Run-N-Chug on August 15th. More details will be coming soon.
